How does the square fat bar improve grip strength compared to a standard barbell?

The square profile and increased thickness force the hands and forearms to work harder to maintain control, creating higher muscle activation that cannot be achieved with standard 28mm round barbells.

What are the technical specifications and weight capacity of the USI BMBR bar?

The bar measures 216cm (7 feet) in length, weighs 16.6kg, and features a robust weight capacity of 225kg (500 lbs), making it suitable for heavy strength training.

Which weight plates are compatible with this USI Beam Bar?

This bar is designed to accommodate all standard Olympic weight plates with a 50mm or 2-inch center hole, ensuring compatibility with most professional gym equipment in India.

How should I maintain the bar to prevent rust in Indian weather conditions?

To protect the black powder coating and mild steel, wipe the bar with a dry cloth after every session to remove sweat and store it in a low-humidity indoor environment.
