Refund policy

At KIBI SPORTS, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide a hassle-free experience. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Replacement Policy

a. Customers must record an unboxing video at the time of opening the package.

b. If any damages are found, the video must clearly show the damage.

c. Customers are required to contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the unboxing video to request a replacement.

d. If the request is validated, the replacement will be shipped within 3-5 business days after verification.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

a. The product is out of stock and cannot be replaced – refund will be initiated within 3 business days.

b. The product received is completely different from what was ordered – customer must raise the request within 48 hours of delivery.

c. The product is defective beyond repair or replacement – report must be filed within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Refund Process

a. Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order for refund eligibility.

b. The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.

c. Once the product is received and verified (within 3-5 business days), the refund will be initiated.

d. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after verification.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

a. No refund will be provided if the unboxing video is missing.

b. Minor variations in color, size, or texture due to screen differences or handmade craftsmanship.

c. Damage caused by improper handling, misuse, or installation by the customer.

d. Any request made after the specified time frames will not be considered.

e. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after verification.

5. Delivery Timelines

a. Products are generally delivered within 7–8 business days from the date of order confirmation.

b. In case a product is not active in the warehouse, we will inform the customer within 24–48 hours and will make every effort to deliver it as soon as possible.
