What types of drills can I use with the Akka Brands Speed Hurdles Elite?

These hurdles are ideal for a wide range of agility drills focusing on explosiveness, quickness, and speed development. They can be incorporated into various training routines including ladder drills, cone drills, and sprint work.

What are the adjustable height options and what are they suitable for?

The hurdles offer adjustable heights of 6" (15.2 cm), 9" (22.9 cm), and 12" (30.5 cm). The lower height (6") is suitable for quick footwork and reaction drills, while the higher heights (9" and 12") are better for developing speed and power.

How should I care for and store the Speed Hurdles Elite?

To maintain their durability, avoid dropping the hurdles. Store them in a cool, dry place. The pull webbing allows for easy height adjustments, but avoid excessive force when adjusting.

What makes these hurdles durable and suitable for frequent use?

The Speed Hurdles Elite boast an ultra-durable design with a responsive pull webbing at the base. This allows them to automatically pop back into place when stepped on, ensuring consistent performance and longevity during training.
