Shipping policy

New orders are paused

We are not accepting new orders at the moment while we complete orders that have already been placed. If you are waiting for an order, please see our order status and refunds page or WhatsApp +91 99428 21584 with your order number.

When ordering reopens, this is the standard we will hold ourselves to

• Dispatch: orders are dispatched within 10 business days of payment, and you receive the tracking number when they leave us.
• If we cannot dispatch in time: if we have not dispatched your order within 10 business days, we refund the full amount to your original payment method, and you do not need to ask.
• Your choice before dispatch: you can cancel for a full refund at any time before your order is dispatched.

Charges

For remote locations and locations in the states of Jammu and Kashmir, the North Eastern States and Sikkim, there is an additional charge of Rs 100 towards remote location delivery on all orders.
