Setup

1. Place the ice bath on a flat, stable surface.
2. Inflate the top ring with the included hand pump until smooth, then seal the valve.
3. Ensure the base drain valve is sealed and tight before filling.
4. Fill with cold water and add ice to your preferred temperature.
5. To empty, use the external drain tap with the included hose.

Care & Safety

1. Wash with warm soapy water before first use.
2. Never use strong bleach-based cleaners — they may damage seals and waterproof coatings.
3. Drain, clean, and dry every 2–3 weeks for hygiene.
4. Never fill more than two-thirds full to allow for body displacement.
