What are the primary benefits of using the USI Multigrip Bar over a standard barbell?

The neutral vertical grips allow for close to wide hand placements, significantly reducing joint strain during pressing movements while allowing you to target different muscle groups like triceps and chest more effectively.

What type of weight plates and maximum load does this Swissbar support?

The bar is built from high-grade alloy steel with a 250kg (550Lbs) weight capacity and is specifically designed to accommodate standard 50mm or 2-inch Olympic hole plates.

How does the finish protect the bar from rust in humid Indian conditions?

The bar features a thick, anti-rust powder coat finish that provides excellent corrosion resistance and is easy to wipe down after intense workouts to maintain its professional appearance.

Can the angled grips be reversed for different exercise variations?

Yes, the bar is perfectly balanced and can be used both ways to reverse the angled grips, providing additional versatility for movements ranging from overhead presses to arm curls and seated rows.
