Shipping Policy

Kibi Sports (“we”, “us”, “our”) ships orders across India in partnership with our brand partners and trusted logistics providers. By placing an order on our platform, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1) Serviceable Locations

We currently deliver orders within India to serviceable pin codes supported by our courier partners.

If a pin code becomes unserviceable after your order is placed, we will contact you to arrange an alternative solution or process a refund.

2) Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are generally processed within 24–48 business hours after payment confirmation.

As a multi-brand marketplace, products may be shipped directly from our partner brand warehouses.

If items in a single order are sourced from different locations, you may receive multiple shipments.

3) Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines range between 2 to 30 days, depending on the delivery pin code, courier capacity, and warehouse location.

Deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach areas may take longer. Delivery timelines shown at checkout are indicative and not guaranteed.

4) Shipping Fees

Any applicable shipping charges are clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where an order is cancelled before dispatch or when a defective/incorrect item is delivered and cannot be replaced.

5) Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email/SMS/WhatsApp (as applicable) or can be viewed in your account.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after pickup.

6) Delivery Attempts & RTO

Courier partners may attempt delivery one or more times. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unreachable contact number, or customer unavailability, the shipment may be returned to origin (RTO).

Re-dispatch of RTO shipments may incur additional shipping charges.

7) Address Changes

Address changes can be requested only before dispatch. Please contact Customer Support immediately with updated details.

Once an order is dispatched, address modification requests are subject to courier approval and cannot be guaranteed.

8) Order Changes & Cancellations (Summary)

Cancellation requests are considered only if raised immediately after placing the order.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shared with the brand partner and shipping has been initiated.

Cancellations are not accepted for perishable items (not typically sold on Kibi Sports).

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method (bank processing timelines may vary).

9) Delays Beyond Our Control

Kibi Sports is not responsible for delays caused by courier issues, weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, government regulations, or other events beyond our control. We will, however, make reasonable efforts to keep you informed.

10) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify our Customer Support within 24 hours of delivery along with your order ID and clear photos/videos of:

the outer packaging and shipping label,

inner packaging, and

⚬ the product showing the issue.

After verification with the respective brand partner, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

11) Warranty Items

For products covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, customers are requested to contact the manufacturer’s authorized service center as per the warranty terms provided.

12) Non-Delivery Claims

If the tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, please report it within 24 hours. We will initiate an investigation with the courier partner, and resolution will depend on their findings.

13) Proofs We May Request

To process claims related to damage, shortage, or non-delivery, we may request supporting documents such as photographs, unboxing videos, ID/address proof, or courier acknowledgements strictly for verification purposes.
