What size should I choose for the USI 618G uFEELgel Wraps?

USI recommends the Medium size for hand circumferences 7‑8.5 inches (≈18‑22 cm) and the Large for 8.5‑10 inches (≈22‑25 cm). Measure around the knuckles and choose the size that covers the measurement without excessive slack.

Are the gel‑padded knuckles effective for heavy‑bag training?

Yes, the gel pads are positioned over the knuckles to absorb impact, reducing shock on repeated heavy‑bag punches and helping to prevent bruising and fractures.

How does the neoprene material hold up in India’s hot and humid climate?

Neoprene is moisture‑resistant and dries quickly, so it stays flexible even in high humidity. It also wicks sweat away from the skin, preventing the wraps from becoming overly slippery.

Are these wraps authentic USI products and not counterfeit?

Buy from authorized retailers or USI’s official website; authentic USI wraps have the USI logo stitched on the wrist strap and come with a product label showing the model “618G uFEELgel” and a QR code for verification.

How do the USI 618G uFEELgel Wraps compare to traditional cotton hand wraps?

Unlike cotton wraps, the USI version is pre‑formed, requires no tying, and offers built‑in gel protection. It provides a quicker, more consistent fit and better shock absorption, though some purists still prefer the custom‑fit feel of cloth wraps.
