The chest, the upper legs and sections of the back use firmer body holding panels that keep you in the right position through a lap and cut drag where it matters most. The arms and lower legs use a flexible stretch material, so the suit fits cleanly around the joints and the lower leg, exactly the places a stiffer long track style suit can leave loose.
