The LiveLica Aerolite is our flagship inline speed skating frame, and part of the LiveLica AI range. It is built for skaters who want the lowest possible weight without losing stiffness, cut from 7075 T6 aircraft grade aluminium and shaped to carry three 90mm wheels in a fast, stable 9.5 inch platform.

Featherlight 7075 T6 aluminium

The Aerolite is machined from 7075 T6, the same aircraft grade aluminium used in aerospace, chosen for its exceptional strength to weight ratio. The result is one of the lightest frames you can put under a boot, at just 114 grams, so more of your energy goes into speed and less into lifting the skate through every stride.

AI optimised design

As part of the LiveLica AI range, the Aerolite is shaped by AI assisted generative design. The skeletal cut out structure is the result of optimisation that removes material everywhere it is not needed and keeps it only where the load actually flows. That is how the frame reaches its low weight while holding the rigidity a sprint or a long distance push demands. It is engineering doing the hard thinking so your skating does not have to.

Built for 3 by 90mm setups

The Aerolite runs three 90mm wheels on a 9.5 inch (241mm) platform, a popular, versatile racing setup that balances top speed with agility and quick acceleration. It suits inline speed skating on the track, the road and marathon distances.

Dual 150 and 165 mounting

The frame is drilled for both 150mm and 165mm mounting, so it fits the two most common boot standards. Whatever your boots use, the Aerolite bolts straight on, which also makes it an easy upgrade if you change boots later.

Will this fit my boots?

The Aerolite is drilled for both 150mm and 165mm mounting, which covers the two standard boot patterns. Check your boot mounting before ordering, and message us if you are unsure.

What wheels and bearings do I need?

It takes three 90mm wheels per frame. Pair it with wheels from our wheels collection and 608 bearings from the speed bearings collection. Axles and spacers are included.

Why is it so light?

It uses 7075 T6 aircraft aluminium and an optimised, skeletal cut out structure that removes every gram that does not add strength.

Is it sold as a pair?

You need one frame per skate. Check the pack details on this page before ordering, and ask us if you need a pair.
