How do I adjust the weight on the HEXA Folding Dumbbell Set?

Select the desired weight plate (1 kg to 5 kg), slide it onto the chrome rod, and lock it in place using the built-in latch; repeat for the other side if using a pair.

What are the key specifications and dimensions of this dumbbell set?

The set includes 1 kg, 2 kg, 3 kg, 4 kg, and 5 kg plates made of rubber-coated chrome; each plate is roughly 10-12 cm in diameter, and the folded length of the rod is about 30 cm, expanding to ~45 cm when fully loaded.

How should I care for and maintain the dumbbells?

Wipe the rubber coating with a damp cloth after use, avoid exposure to extreme moisture, and periodically check the latch mechanism for smooth operation; store the folded set in a dry place.

What should I consider before buying this dumbbell set?

Ensure you have enough floor space for the unfolded length, verify the weight range matches your training goals, and check that the foam grip feels comfortable for your hands; the set comes with a standard warranty against manufacturing defects.
