What is the maximum weight I can add when using this belt for dips?

The dip belt can safely hold up to 40 kg (≈90 lbs) of plates for dip exercises.

Can the same belt be used for belt‑squat and sled‑pull training?

Yes, the belt is rated for belt‑squat use and can handle about 200 kg (≈440 lbs) when pulling a sled.

Is the belt’s construction suitable for the humid and dusty conditions common in India?

The leather and metal parts are zinc‑plated to resist rust, and the suede lining provides grip; wiping it dry after use helps maintain durability.

How do I adjust the chain length and ensure the snap‑hook stays secure?

The chain slides through the belt loops; position it as needed and snap the heavy‑duty steel hook, which locks with a safety latch to prevent accidental release.

Is this a genuine USI product and does it come in a size that fits most Indian users?

It is an authentic USI Universal product sold by authorised dealers, and the strap is adjustable (about 110‑140 cm) to suit most adult users.
