Made from a combination of high quality synthetic rubber and steel, the Competition-style plate series is designed for serious training. We created this style of plates because they are the most durable type on the market having passed the gold standard of 10,000 drops with no problems. With a Shore-A hardness rating of 90+, these plates have a dead bounce when dropped. The look and feel of these plates is matched in the hard wearing construction, while keeping all dimensions and thicknesses benchmarked against International Weightlifting Federation (IWF) standards. A chrome-free proprietary surface finish technology ensures rust resistance for years to come. IWF colours will mean you always know the weight on the bar.
