Processing & Delivery
- New orders are paused while we complete every order already placed. If you are waiting for an order, see our order status and refunds page.
- When ordering reopens: orders are dispatched within 10 business days of payment. If we cannot dispatch in that time, we refund you in full automatically.
- After dispatch: delivery time depends on your pin code and the courier. You get the tracking number as soon as your order leaves us.
- Shipping cost: free shipping pan-India on orders over Rs 999.
How to Track Your Order
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you can track its journey in the following ways:
- Via Email & SMS: As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email and SMS containing your tracking link and courier details. Simply click the link for real-time updates.
- Via Your Account: Log in to your account at shop.kibisports.com, navigate to 'My Orders', and click on your current order to view its live tracking status.
- Via WhatsApp: Send a quick message with your Order ID to our WhatsApp support line, and we will fetch the latest tracking details for you.
Need Help with Your Delivery?
If your order is delayed, or you have any question about your shipment, send us your Order ID and we will tell you within 48 hours whether it ships (with tracking) or is refunded in full.
