What is the weight and balance of the HEAD Speed 120 Slimbody?

The racquet weighs about 115 g (unstrung) and has an even balance, offering a sweet spot that feels neither head‑heavy nor overly head‑light, which aids quick maneuverability.

Is the Speed 120 Slimbody suitable for an intermediate player in India?

Yes – its slim‑body shape and moderate swing‑weight give enough power for aggressive shots while still providing the control needed by players progressing from beginner to intermediate level.

How does the Auxetic construction affect the feel of the racquet?

Auxetic technology creates a flexible yet responsive frame that absorbs impact shocks, delivering a softer feel on ball contact without sacrificing stability for powerful drives.

Will the racquet hold up well in India’s humid climate?

The carbon‑filled shaft and durable composite frame are resistant to moisture‑related warping, and the grip is typically supplied with a sweat‑absorbing overgrip to cope with humid conditions.

How does the Speed 120 Slimbody compare with the HEAD Speed 115?

The Speed 120 Slimbody is slightly larger (120 sq cm head) and lighter (≈115 g vs 120 g), offering a more aerodynamic profile and the newer Auxetic construction, whereas the Speed 115 is a more traditional design with a slightly heavier feel.

Power and speed are beautifully combined with maneuverability in the SPEED 120 SLIMBODY SQUASH RACQUET. While the new Auxetic construction offers sensational feel, the new, see-through carbon in the shaft adds to the racquet’s modern appeal. Endorsed by Paul Coll, this racquet has a slimbody shape that makes it exceptionally aerodynamic and maneuverable, giving you optimal control when retrieving balls that are close to the wall. Among the other technologies is HEAD's Adaptive Fan Pattern, which allows you to choose between a straight string pattern for more power or a special fan-shaped pattern for additional control.
