Dual grip design. Standardised weight of 25 KG. Universal grip size of 27 mm.
Weighing 25 KG, this versatile bar features a dual-handle hexagonal frame crafted from high-grade steel tubing. Its olympic sleeves finished with proprietary CHROME-FREE technology ensure smooth plate loading and prevent wear from metal-on-metal contact. The bar's corners are reinforced with double welding, providing an impressive load rating of 450 KG. With its knurled parallel handles in lower and higher positions, the trap bar adapts to various exercises and user preferences. Simply flip the bar to switch grip options. Its moderate volcano knurl and grip size ensures universal comfort for all rep ranges, loads and hand sizes. 100% made in India.
Why we made this
Trap bars or otherwise known as hex or deadlift bars allow for a more balanced and even usage of the muscles in the back and the front of the legs while deadlifting, enabling more weight to be lifted. The neutral positioning of the hands during a trap bar deadlift requires less range of motion, so is a safer option for those who struggle with positioning in a conventional deadlift. Combine that with increasing the height of the handles adapts even further to the users needs. Trap bars are also a great option when training for power - loaded jumps are a favourite!
